Please help with HLSS

Could someone post here and help me take off the things that show up on my console.. It says "HLSS Scripts loaded correctly"

I deleted/uninstalled this program already, I have restarted my steam... But whenever I load up my dod and press the console button, it says "HLSS Scripts loaded correctly"

Please, someone help me with this..

EDIT: NVM, I already resolved it...
