i started getting 10-30 fps 4 days ago causing to be unable to play css, before that i always had 90+ fps.i tried getting help today in vent and ended up downloading malwarebytes but after scanning and restarting my computer the problem still isn't solved. Does anyone know what the issue is?

I would suggest you try a system restore to roll back your registry. Something similar happened to me before and I went down to 10 fps in all of my games but a system restore seemed to fix it. You might want to post some system specs though in case that's not the issue.
