I am going to give away ANOTHER hat. How?

As soon as we pass last months recruiting # I am going to RANDOMLY give away a hat so someone that has a recruit this month?

Okay:
Let's say last month we got 5 recruits. If I shiznoe recruits 5 people, then he gets the hat.
If shiznoe recruits 2 and borokov recruits 1, vp recruits 1, I recruit 1. Then everyone's name goes into the hat ONE time. So you have a 25% chance even though you only recruited one person.

The first recruit is the hardest, but it also gets you in the drawing for a hat. Good luck!
