My Opinion(s):
It's almost as if they combined a lot different champion's abilities.

Build it with Warmog, Atma, Trinity Force and Mercury Threads. Watch your opponents melt. For added effect, then build Infinity Edge and Phantom Dancer. Click Q and click enemy. Watch them vanish thanks to double Trinity Force + crit proc.

 

[Carmine]

Too much aoe damage and mobility for the amount of tankiness she has. Has no real resource system, just an ultimate that refreshes faster with auto attacks. Also a good jungler.

I got to play her this morning (suprising aint it? with all the queue dodgers crying because they didnt pick her fast enough) She's actually really fun. I just hope they modify her model with the bone skin.
Since in the artwork, the dragon is nothing but bone, in game the dragon is the same as the regular dragon.
