That's what I was saying... I read it backwards the first time and was under the impression it said "Attack speed bonus changed from 30/45/60% to 30/60/90%."
I guess that's what I get for reading a little too fast...

Oh almost forgot.
Last patch they decided to change up katarina. By that they meant nerfing her shunpo so that you only land behind when using your W with shunpo.
They changed it back this patch.
Katarina checked off on the fixed list, Riot? :/
I'm pretty disappointed with this patch. Too much hype blah.
