CSS In Game "0" Key

Hello, everyone! I need some help with my CSS in game. As an admin, the admin menu has a close button, which is 0. At one point, I believe I typed unbind 0 in console, and now my admin menu wont close. I have to do a spray trace or something to close it.. Any help to get my 0 key working again would be great!
