I will be cooking a 6 to 8 pound Prime Rib, sweet Vidilla onions & mushrooms, with white wine & garlic sauce. Maybe some Sweet corn, Garlic mash potatoes & a fresh garden salad. I will have several shots of Crown Royal backed up with some tequlia. For dessert a Black Forest Cake.

Jeez..

Doing better than us. Last year our group did steak. This year it's just appies and booze.

At my hizzie, I am making some roast pork tenderloin with various goodies and of course, a metric ton of black eyed peas! w00t!

Seriously thinking of doing a cyber/LAN party..everybody can get on vent, do what ever, but yet we all "party" together, nice and safe in our own homes, no DWI's to worry about, no hotel bills,if we want to game together, we can, or just sit and shoot the bull. for food I think little smokies, some chili/cheese dip, and what else..more long island ice tea's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably some vegetarian(wife, you know) chili in the crock pot all day and some of my brother's homemade very spicy brats on the BBQ.

Since I'm dominican I'm probably going to have a couple cups of brugal from the get go, and eating some oven pig (pernil) wit the essentials (rice beans etc) and idk what for desert probably some more brugal.

Except I'd actually drive my rig 25 miles-ish to your house and party with you. Hahahaha!

Nope, for real, I'm assuming our family will have some prime rib, sort of a tradition. Other than that, rolls (I ate 6 1/2 of these on Christmas), and salad. :D

At my house, we did an 8lb rib roast (Angus choice, I didn't pay the extra $$ for prime), with smashed potatoes and roasted Brussels sprouts. Dessert was a buche de noel (yule log).

New Years will be traditional: pork roast, sauerkraut and spaetzle.

Mmmm.... food.

this's what i cooked for the 24th. It took me 4 hs and it was delicious.

Yum Yum, gotta love the Whole Hog !! Psst, I am already planning the Daytona 500 weekend feast, we are going to smoke Pork & Beef Ribs so far.
