I bought his mouse and it was working perfectly until i held down the profile button on the bottom. After that the logo light stopped flashing and the mouse stopped working. Also, the PC says that the mouse has malfunctioned and that its an unknow device. Its really anoying because its brand new. Has anyone got any ideas how to fix this, to reset the mouse..etc..?

Hmm...I have a deathadder too and that button generally disconnects my mouse, switches profiles, then reconnects the mouse.

I haven't had that problem though. You could try reinstalling the firmware onto the mouse :)
 
I have this mouse and I just got it the other week. I have had no problems. Love it.

Sorry about your issue though. I knew about the different profiles, but wouldn't think it woudl case a technical issue like that.
 
yea if it doesn't work after trying the above take it back to where you got it and get a refund or RMA. Razor isn't that bad they would most likely replace it with a new one if you sent it back to their location and told them what was wrong and gave them a proof of purchase.
