Got banned....

For asking why I got kicked after I rejoined. Don't remember the admin name, sounded Aussie, I think. I got kicked for swearing twice, said I was warned, didn't see the warning but, not arguing it. But then I got banned for admin disrespect, even though I didn't curse or raise my voice after that? I just asked why I got kicked the second time even though I didn't curse. Admin said he warned me and I replied "I can't hear u" all I said, then I get banned for disrespect?
