Not a fan of the ram being 1.65 V. Some good 1.5 V, 8gb, 1600, 2x4GB is what you want such as this:

I like the cpu. If you can afford it, get the 2500k which allows for overclocking which will increase performance substantially allowing the cpu's performance to remain relevant longer.

Here is a great deal on a gtx 460 which a gtx 560 is just an overclocked 460:

This 460 is overclocked to a standard 560.

The case is personal preference, but there are better for the money.

As for the psu, ultra isn't exactly a great brand. I would not expect much from that psu. As for wattage, that is more than you will need. A good 650W unit would leave you plenty of room to upgrade in the future such as sli gtx 460s. The lifetime warranty is nice, and you can probably expect to use it with this psu.

Finally, new cpus from intel which are replacing the cpu line from which you picked should be released in a month or so. Also, nvidia will be releasing its new line in that same time too. This should change pricing and possibly recommendations. So depending on when you plan to build, you should probably post closer to that time.
