Problematic Player(s) and their associated drama.

So i've come to notice within the past few days/weeks.

Btw hi everyone i'm rather new.

Seems we're stuck with one/some problematic players. Warnings don't work, kicks neither. They just make the whole thing more delicate to handle. As if they started seeing eGO servers as somewhere safe to land some trouble.

As some complained, i spend a lot of time idling. I'm actually just listening to the growing numbers complaining about said player(s), some even leaving not to be seen anymore. Can't we do something permanent about them? I just logged off a server that's been litteraly halved of its users fedup of that useless drama. The other half just ask "do something, can't you do something?"

So i'm here asking advice about how to go about this.

Edit: I'd be more than happy to have a round with them. This isn't about pointing fingers. Just trying to raise something i consider a capital B Bother.

If you have any questions/concerns you can post them in the dropbox. We are aware that the prolems that arise on the servers are bad and warning/kicking the player doest do much. If you need any help just contact one of us on ventrillo. Heck! Dont be affraid at the people with [advisor] and [DL] or even [COUNCIL] Next to there name. They are all here to help. Just because you dont know who is/isnt an eGO ranking member in vent doest mean you dont have to go looking around. Just hop in one of our vent rooms and ask if you can get an O in your current server to deal with the problem. We are all here to help make eGO's servers more enjoyable and fun for everyone.

Do you mean fellow eGO members?

If so, then post in the Dropbox, with the prefix Neighborhood Watch. Also, you can find a member of leadership in Ventrilo for a quick response.

Do you mean pubs?

If so, then warn, then if the problem continues: A) Get an eG or above to kick, B) Place ban request here, or C) Find a member of leadership in Ventrilo for a quick response.

If they're pubs, and they're doing something punishable, then leadership will ban them, if you contact them through the ban request forum or one-on-one in Ventrilo.

As always, it would help if you add some eG's or eGO's to your Steam/Origin friends lists, so you can send them a quick PM asking for help (or a kick, or a ban, whichever.)

Basically everything that Pwn said (also OP is an eG). I also recommend using the admin Q&A section if you have questions about admining because it doesn't get enough love.
