DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:
Whenever Playing Counter strike source, or day of defeat source, My Ping will jump up to 350, sometimes as high as 450, only for about 10 seconds, then drop down to 80 (Normal Ping). Then 10 seconds later, it jumps Back up again.

LAST TIME COMPUTER WORKED FINE: Yesterday (April 1st)
RECENT EVENTS: I had to Un-Clog my Toilet.
