New Div Tags

How does one get a veteran tag. I noticed Lung is a level three vet. At first I thought it was based on how many years you have had in the clan, but Anni has 3 years so that doesn't make sense.

Actually, I think it would be cool if the veteran tags were based on your years in the clan.

I would guess its the combination of years in eGO and the level of activity in eGO. Also:

eGO Veteran - Level 1
Awarded for long-term dedication to the eGO Community. Bestowed by Advisors and above.

eGO Veteran - Level 2
Awarded for long-term dedication to the eGO Community. Bestowed by Advisors and above.

eGO Veteran - Level 3
Awarded for long-term dedication to the eGO Community. Bestowed by Division Leaders and above.

eGO Veteran - Level 4
Awarded for long-term dedication to the eGO Community. Bestowed by eGO Council.

eGO Veteran - Level 5
Awarded for long-term dedication to the eGO Community. Bestowed by eGO Council.

eGO Veteran - Level 6
Awarded for long-term dedication to the eGO Community. Bestowed by eGO Community Managers.

In regards to what you mentioned, these new tags like other things weren't earned in the traditional sense-- they were handed out. basically as soon as these new tags went public we got a spiffy new title, the rest of you guys will have to earn it through blood, sweat, tears (if you're sensitive), and dropbox posts. As for leadership members, Advisors start at level one, DLs start at level three, and so on. However, members and leadership can be awarded higher veteran ranks in the same way members are promoted or awarded medals. The veteran status is basically a way of saying "this guy knows what he's doing" without giving leadership access. Now we can denote a member's abilities and experience without without having to actually promote them.

If you have anyone you know who you think deserves this new title put in a dropbox post!
