Memorial Day Festivites

Just out of curiosity, What did everyone do for the long Memorial Day weekend? Anything interesting?

I honored those who have fought for our freedom, by riding my Harley in Ride of Patriots and Rolling Thunder. Interested in seeing what Memorial Day is all about, come to Washington, D.C. and see how bikers show their love and compassion to those whom have fought, fallen, and been forgotten.

I ride with the Fairfax VA H.O.G Chapter. The dealer along with our chapter sponsor the Ride of the Patriots (www.rideofthepatriots.com) every year. We have roughly 4,500 bikes ride in a police escorted group down to the pentagon parking lot for Rolling Thunder.

That would be awesome to see. The number of Patriot Guard guys that come out for the parades is much lower than that. For funerals and such, there are more, but still not that many.
