Map DL for ECs

I have played on this map once before and it is AWESOME. It is one of the largest open area maps I have come across and could prove to be really fun for an event.

Add some hypserspam, a bit of gravity change and some time warps and we've got an event!

It's great. All of those snowy mountains around the map are open area as well, which means lots of great sniping spots.
