Overclocking RAM and CPU

for the ram did you check ur BIOS thats where to change it

mine run right now on either auto or 800

u do not need to OC ur ram since ur ram should be at 400 or auto (probably the reason its at 400) til u go into ur BIOS and change it, thats the mostly likely cause
i dont OC cpus or gphx cards or ram my computer runs decent enough
 
yea, the BIOS has settings of 800, 667, 533 etc

Had to drop it to 667 to get 3ghz for my cpu but after doing all the math my RAM is at 375.4mhz which is closer to spec than stock settings were.

EE = energy efficent?

well my cpus only like 150 now bought it for 250
need ram, 2gb only 150 for ddr2
need better vc 512 mb and going for 600-700 gpu clock

after that maybe, but ill probably just buy i new system overall maybe a laptop, it'd be easier

ill probably wait til they come out with the amd 64 x2 6600+ model hopefully by summer if not then 6000+ or whatever is 250 or 200
