Can anyone help me with this glitch?

At the bottom right of the picture, you could see teammate voice chat.. But the problem is that the notifier thing is frozen, as they stopped talking. The notifier will stay on for the whole match until the map is reset. Then, once someone talks again, it will do the same thing, freeze. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I haven't encounter this type of issue before, but my best bet would be this:

Close Counter-Strike: Source completely and possibly restart Steam. Once that has finished try logging back into the game and seeing if that has resolved the issue. That usually fixes the problems I have had with Counter-Strike and Steam. However, another bet would be an issue with a file, if it is that, then I wouldn't know exactly how to fix it as I do not touch the CS:S files.

Hope everything gets resolved. And see if my option helps the situation.

You must be ALT TABBING in and out of CS:S.

This is a common graphical glitch.

I believe, if I recall correctly, another fix w/o exiting the game would be to either type record in console/type stop, or go to options - voice - change the output device or w/e, click apply, then change it back.

Run your game in windowed mode. Try messing with your resolution. If nothing above works for you, you could always delete your Cstrike folder which restores the game to defaults basically.

Thanks! Your advice was the one that resolved the problem! I don't know if its temporary or not, but I'll try later tonight! Thanks man.

It's a temporary graphical glitch, that's why the record/stop fixed it.

Kind of how in Jail sometimes the CTs have Ts skin or on your screen the T seems to be in Cellblock, but he kills you and you're outside.

You're going to have to do this every time it happens. Your best bet is to either a) play in window mode or b) stop alt tabbing in and out.

It has happend to me in the past aswell. What I did to fix the problem was verifying my game like said in the above post.
Then I deleted all CS:S files and used the 4 discs to reinstall everything and that worked.
