Are these CSS commands safe?

Hello I've been having a problem with bullet registration so I managed to pull up a website that said that if you open the developers consel and enter a couple commands that it can significantly help. I'm not sure if this can get me banned or anything so I figured I could post here for answers. Thanks in advance.

No commands entered into console will ever get you banned. So these commands are fine, I use some of them myself. Although the servers aren't 100 tic any more so cl_updaterate and cl_cmdrate should both be 66. You should leave zoom_sensitivity alone unless you know what you are doing with it.

Commands that give people advantages will need sv_cheats 1 or if they don't they'll simply crash your game thanks to the anti cheat or disconnect you.

But things like that are perfectly fine
