My Apologies...

It has been brought to my attention recently that I am a bit of a whiner on the servers, that I complain and cry foul and get angry. I would just like to say that I am sorry. And while I would like to point out that I typically type-talk instead of using a mic, and that my cynical and sarcastic personality does not translate well to that method of communication, I realize that at the end of the day it really does not matter what I think. It's about what others perceive me to be. After all, as an admin-in-training, it is my job to promote the core values of this organization while remaining levelheaded and maintaining order on the servers. It seems that I have been failing at this central task, and for that I am sorry.

Henceforth I will do my best to ensure that these lapses do not happen again.
 
It shows a lot of courage for you to apologize. Not a lot of people would admit it if they were doing something wrong. So, kudos to you! The times I've played on a server with you, I haven't noticed you whining that much, no more than the rest of us do :P
 
I am glad you have apologized, everyone has their issues, you are not the only one. So don't worry just don't hold down the microphone when you get killed. You can yell as much as you want in your house or where ever you play. That is one easy way you can improve.
 
Don't worry 'bout it. Everyone makes mistakes. And it takes a real man to apologize :)
 
We all rage at some point or another. Just keep your hands off the keys and remember it's a video jean. :D

No seriously, I don't really notice you raging a lot. (Though we have only played together on 2fort a few times.)

OMG, this is the whiniest post I have ever.....j/k :P

Honestly, I remember my time as a G was rather rough on me mentally until I "got it". The key isn't knowing when and how to admin a situation properly. The key is knowing when NOT to admin. The G trail period isn't to see how well you can memorize admin commands and the textbook example to every situation. It's a test if you can be trusted with power. Will you admin every infraction and pick apart every slight to the rulesbook? Or will you use some restraint when someone makes a minor slip that isn't disrupting the server?

Trust me, the O-private forums aren't full of rules discussion. It's all off-topic threads and birthday wishes for Darth.

This is good to know. I never try to find reasons to warn/kick somebody, it's not fun having to resort to those measures. I don't understand why so many people are hungry for admin powers.
