Can someone fix my sig, please?

Hey,
Would anyone be able to fix my signature, please? I need the Admin Recruiter crest removed. I am horrid with any drawing/editing programs, so I can't do it myself.

It's okay to change around the look, but I really love the picture of the left side, and the layout itself. Anything similar would also be great...

Unfortunately I need the actual file to do anything. I might be able to download it off the site though.

EDIT: Dang, I can't do it. The PNG flattened the entire file to one layer, so unless you want a big white hole in your sig, I can't do a thing. You can try contacting Dreamsleep though, I'm sure he has it and can edit it.

Ya. And you did a better job, I just erased the logo and filled the space with a gradient, the way you brought the ranger logo closer to the left looks better, good job.
 
Danke, you did a pretty good job as well. I have no idea how to use gradients. :P
