Good SSD

Looking for a good SSD for my computer, as boot time is a tad long. Right now I'm looking at SAMSUNG 830 Series MZ-7PC128B/WW 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD), but I'd like to get any other suggestions. I see they have a 256GB on sale for $70 more, but I don't feel like I need that much. Open to any suggestions!

If you are able to spend the extra 70 dorrar for the 256gb go for it. It will definitely benefit you in the long run.

256gb will be faster as well. I recently got one on amazon for $155 this week. Looks like they are clearing them out for the upcoming release of the 840. Might be worth waiting a little and checking slickdeals for a deal to pop up.

The samsung 830's are great. I have owned two for nearly the past year, and they both work perfectly.

It's a great choice. I cheaped out on the 128GB but it's still a solid drive.

I have two San Disk extreme sata 3 240gb in my mbp right now and havent had a problem. even with out the firmware update. Which is much easier to get on a pc. I average 270 MBps write and 500MBps with read. thats using blackmagic disk tester.
