Server failed to send data?

Occasionally when trying to load a page in google chrome, I will an error saying server closed because it failed to send data or that no data was sent. This issue, strangely, did not happen till i bought Call of Duty Black ops 2 from Steam. After that it was like i started having all these issues. My internet is alot slower then normal, up to 10mins for a page to load, it's never been this bad before. It's wireless 4mb( live in the boonies) I know itll be slow sometimes but it's never been this slow or lasted this long. I've ran antivirus scans with AVG, Avast and Avira and ran Malwarebytes and no issue has been found. I've reset the router and ran updates and nothing. Google was no help since no page would load due to the data and our ISP was no help at all.

It's only my computer thats slow, my moms laptop and dads computer both which are closer to the modem are faster.

I too tend to get this issue/error on occasion, but don't really know the source of it all other than that perhaps the website you are trying to reach has too many active-users at that time, or your internet glitches..Not sure exactly.

As to fixing it, normally just refreshing the page works for me..might work for you as well.

It happens nearly everyday, even refeshing the page does not help. I can't even sign in on my youtube account now because it keeps saying that, all day aswell.
