Thank you for your contribution to our altruistic efforts to maximize the efficiency of the spawn room! Without dedicated spawn room maintenance personnel like SkylineGTR, the spawn room would devolve into a state of complete anarchy and sad pubs on Edgegamers TF2 servers would be left to themselves to exit the spawn room without any guidance whatsoever!

It's a TF2 Division thing. Otherwise known as spawn camping.

I'm glad you asked. We are the Fast Camp Task Force, abbreviated #FCTF, and our goal is simple: to provide an efficient spawning process for all players in EdgeGamers TF2 servers.

To accomplish this goal, we journey to the enemy spawn rooms and utilize Sticky Bomb-Guided Spawn Door Integrity Assessments. Surveyors are often given Medical aid, and/or be helped with the use of Level 3 Automatic Spawn Assessment Streamlining Sentries. Any other help will be appreciated. This method of spawn room maintenance has been proven to improve gameplay for roughly 50% of the players on the server at a time.
