Ventrillo is a great tool, but sometimes it's a tad challenging to hear some of our wonderful clanmates, and I'd love to hear what you're saying. Below is my suggestion.

You can also right click their name -> misc -> special effects -> volume and move it up/down whichever you need

True, but that gets old fast. Rather than put the onus of responsibility on everyone else, let's just go to the source. :)

Hey I see my name !

Haha, Hey MA! Im on this here tele-vision! :)

Nice quick guide for some of the people who didnt know.
Maybe you should make a guide for wewo, too.

"Ventrillo for Dummies"

You should not have to raise your outbound. If you are having trouble hearing others, you need to A) Normalize your ventrilo audio as described in the link Nuclear posted, or B) Adjust your audio settings in control panel.

I repeat, if you are having trouble hearing multiple individuals, the problem is on your end.

I like to think that the world still has certain "tests" that inform the rest of a population about mental defects or deficiencies a person possesses which will ultimately pollute the gene pool. I think Ventrilo is one of these tests. ;)

P.S. Older folks are excluded from this test (take that as you will).

I have two mics: Primary = INSANELY loud, even when outbound is -8. Secondary = Might as well be muted even with outbound +10.

I prefer to swap them out randomly when Meg's been drinking. :)
