Okay, so we all know how much fun it is to go around and kill each other with flame throwers, bazooka's, shotguns and ALL THE OTHER AWESOME weapons in TF2 universe.

And we all know how much fun Mann up mode is, and how much fun we have on custom servers like the Pwnshop game server i play on sometimes. This server is a custom MVM map, it cycles through all four maps, and you start with 3500$ and you get money FAST.

What i am proposing, is that EGO make an MVM server with a theme, and we change the theme monthly. SO one month the theme might be, CANDY LAND! And the buildings and stuff are made out of candy, and the bots have cakes for heads, cookies for bodies, and liquorish for arms and legs!

I am not sure what we are capable of writing code wise, or doing to maps within the license agreement with the TF2 game makers and Steam, but i think having this kind of MVM server would be really fun, and it would advertise EGO a LOT.

I mean, who wouldn't want to go to the MVM server that is custom made FOR YOU TO EAT? Who wouldn't want to hang out at Cane sugar falls and play down at the Gumdrop mall?

TELL ME!

Anyway, this is my idea. I have a lot of doubt that it will happen, it might end up being an event on a regular server. But i just thought i would put it out there.

THANKS FOR READING! TTFN!

Oh and one more thing, if this does turn into an MVM server we could have a whole new forum for all of EGO to put in ideas on what the monthly theme might be. THIS would be a lot of work, but i think it would be really fun.

Sounds like a interesting idea, but a lot of work as you said. I don't know about the "theme" thing, but just a regular MvM server...that would be great.

I am quite sure that is quite extensive, possibly even impossible.

But an eGO MvM server would be nice (even if I'd never play on it)

I think that spidey agreed that we would not have an MvM server not because we don't want to but because that not everyone would be able to play it when ever they would want to...

I have seen MvM servers with more people on them (like 9?), but still way smaller than a normal server.

Custom maps can allow for more players, as long as they are balanced really. They take quite a bit of work though.... eGO needs servers that can support a decent number of players, so MVM really isn't practical.
