Uhm, alot of that is pointless, Vista Home Basic epic phails, Vista Home Premium is the best one, 4GB of RAM isn't really necessary, with the money you can upgrade to 1024MHz 2GB DDR2 RAM or perhaps if you throw in some more money 1200MHz SLI with those Graphic cards is a waste of money because unlike the 9600GT's 90% performance increase it's still a slight 40% increase like most SLI and Crossfire configurations, you don't need Liquid cooling for a processor like that, I overclocked my own quad-core from 2.4GHz to 2.66GHz and it only increased by 10 celsius which is nothing and at performance it hardly heats up I used 3DMark08 and it didn't even hurt my hardware, Floppy drives are out of date and practically useless, so you can save about $2 by removing it hah. The power supply can be reduced if you don't go with SLI and go with 2GB 1200 or 1024MHz RAM errr, lmao I can rip at this more but I'll stop from here till I remember some information

well i wanna play crisis and shit, so i felt i wanted the best.

Well trust me that can play Crysis just fine you don't need to attempt at hitting a 60fps peak, you just need a good 20-30 I have a Radeon 3870 overclocked slightly and it plays it just fine even with a .30 Cal mowing down 20 Koreans, tone down a bit also 4GB of 800MHz RAM won't really help with Crysis but 2GB of 1200MHz could, but all it'd do is reduce load times, One 9800GTX is fine, but if you can wait a bit the Radeon 4800 is coming out and it out performs the GeForce 9800GX2 by 100% literally, hah ATI is making a huge come back and well uhm... still just swap Vista Home Basic 64-bit to Home Premium 32-bit and well.... since you got the cash why not go for a larger monitor perhaps a samsung and get a monster cable so you can use digital filtering instead of analog and shoot for the new 600GB 10,000RPM harddrive unless you don't plan to install much
 
Home basic?? Use Home Premium...
Buy a large HDD at least 300GB if you want more games (which your PC can have a lot).

The system is expected to have perform smoothly though.
