competitive in bf4

I meen to offend no one in this thread...So I was thinking about some our recent matches and it seems that the other team has someone proficient with everything tank100 etc. So then I thought about who has this an eGO... The list was pretty small (big bird, killer) that's when I realized we should have people who are dedicated to an specific class/vechile in bf4 to learn the strengths and weakness and be very proficient with them. I know must people in eGO (except killer ) have jobs etc. And this probably will not work but its just an idea for the future.
