Capture Card Help/Advice

I was wondering if anyone could provide some tips on Capture Cards. I've been meaning to start recording/streaming console games just for the fun of it, so I figured I should get a Capture Card. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on which to get, what I mostly want is 720p 60FPS, and 1080p 30FPS.

Note: What I'd like to do in terms of a streaming set up is Play my Xbox360 on my PC monitor while streaming the sound, my Mic, and anyone talking to me through Skype.

Note: I know the Live Gamer HD has support in Xsplit, ignore that for the purposes of this post.

If anyone has any ideas/help/any other good Capture Cards, please mention them. I'm new to this.

Thanks, I know they're pretty good, hence why they're part of my list, I was wondering more so a recommendation for which is better for what I want.

The main thing I want is just 720p 60FPS, 1080p 30FPS, and the ability to play the game on my console while streaming/recording, and seeing the video on my PC Monitor, without unplugging my PC from the monitor, and not having any lag. I hope that makes sense.
