I went out and bought 08, and play it with my PS2 controller adapter. Its alllrighhttt, but Im not a HUGE fan. If only 2k8 were for PC.

Every title Valve releases is a quality title, while EA and Sega have definitely released their fair share of garbage titles.

I just like Valve better though they did do some crappy things to Steam. Their games are just much more fun. But then again, that's a matter of opinion.

Not a fair poll, putting it in a forum based on a valve game. haha. Back in the day I was all about the EA games, but with counter-strike and tf2, i am all valve these days.

valve cause they make decent games with good storylines (hl2, i got hooked so fast) i couldnt stand EA ever since i bought one of their games and it didnt come with the cdkey it required

yeah its hard to compare Valve the design studio against EA the publishing giant. Esp if you watch the orange box commercial you will notice that EA is valve's new distributor since they dumped Vivendi Universal/ Sierra in that nasty lawsuit.

So i guess they are now working together eh? EA is Crytek's new pubilsher for Crysis, which looks awsome by the way, which is good because Ubisoft was annoying me with their flagrant use of SecureRom 7 to deter my priating =P

Infinity Ward is not too bad but all their games have that bad COD flavor to them, including the new COD4 demo. Its just as bad as BF2142, just a mod on steroids to make a butt-load of money.

I'll have to go with Valve on this one, at least they try to bring something new and innovative to the table with each game they release.

I will never forgive EA for buying out Origin and completely destroying Ultima Online.
