Does any one else have this problem

I dont know if it was something I did it my settings or the game update and it stop it from happening.

But when I set up my C4 bombs on cars and ATVs and ride them to my destination and jump out and i hit the trigger button but it arms more C4 that wont explode.

u hve to let the animation of throwing the c4 on the vehicle completely finish before driving it.
