Long time no see lol! I've been trying to get back to playing again but I'm having trouble downloading Aftermath and End Game. For some reason my download keeps resetting back down to 0 %. I gave up trying to download a couple months ago, but I figured I'd give it another shot. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Welcome back! Hope you find a solution to your DL problems, did you contact Customer Service? Might have to spend an hour on hold, but I'm sure they could solve your issue.

Calling support was a complete waste of time. The first time, they didn't even call once I gave them my information. The second time I spent two hours on the phone up until he said he'd call back. He never did call back... EA Support has to be one of the worst services I have ever used. :cursing:

Well I might be able to trump that with our internet provider up here in Canada... Rogers customer service is brutal... Half the time you can't understand the person your talking to, and the other half you get transferred 5 times before actually talking to the right person. (each transfer takes about 5-10 minutes) I'm sorry that didn't work out, I think a lot of it has to do with when you call. 3-8pm is never a good time to call..

Good ole EA service... Now im having trouble updating origin. I've never had any of these problems before. No idea whats going on :cursing: Keeps saying I have a network error.
