Strange counter

I recently unboxed a crate today and got a Strange cape of the Dark Magic. I have played 3 matches and the counter hasn't counted any of my kills :scared:. Is anyone else having this problem?

Have you equipped it on the hero and also got the kills as that hero?

yes I have, both in bot and regular match.

It looks like this may be related to a bug has been plaguing Strange items intermittently for some time.

Edit: I should add though that over the last month there has been a significant number of Dev.Dota2/JoinDota/PlayDota users being very vocal about their Strange items bugging out. The latest patch does not seem to have appeased them.
