Battlefield 4 Glitch

I tried playing bf4, but when i spawned there was just so much random color lines and grounds moving. By the way when I go to the pause menu it runs like nothing happened and then when i exit it it returns to the color lines and etc..

Im using a windows 8 computer

Any help
