Battlefield 4 BF4 Texture Warping and Glitching

Ok, so on the first of October, I booted up my PC and jumped straight into playing some BF4. However, I noticed that textures were warping and "flying" around the screen in the little view box in the spawn menu. After spawning in, I had the same problem. It was soo bad that I couldn't make out objects because they were just stretched lines. I have reinstalled windows and all my drivers, and reinstalled the game and it is still not fixed. Help would be much appreciated.

Nvm Updated to Windows 8.1 and now it's fixed

If you have the time to yes, and the internet speed. Don't go out of your way to fix something that you don't get paid to fix unless you absolutely have nothing better to do. That's their job.
