Battlefield 4 Anyone know how to help me?

I have been getting this same error for the past 3 days, it says "Error, your game has been disconnected from EA online(1)", it happens every time I start to join a server. Battlelog, origin, and punk buster, and my graphic card drivers are all up to date.

Happens to all of us apparently. I've talked to a few people on vent and they have the same problem as well as you and I. What we figured out is, you just have to try to join the server over and over again til you get in. I takes me 2-9 tries to get into operation locker, the last few days.

From talking with ea customer support, it's apparently a firewall problem, all I did was turn off my antivirus firewall and it worked right away.

Actually I had a similar problem to what you have going on and I disabled the windows firewall that came with windows 8 but kept my Norton stuff on and that made it work.

Yeah agreed. Try granting them access but if all else fails theres nothing you can do but disable it if you wanna play
