TF2 Houses?

This is just kinda bringing [link=http://www.edgegamers.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?14133.0]delrio's[/link] thread from before about TF2 Tournaments. And of course, since I only joined the DoD side about a week ago, I've just got a question. Keep in mind it is just a question.

Is there any possibility of seeing houses on the TF2 side? Just curious. Pretty much with the same principals that were kept in mind in that thread, as well as the rulings at the DoD group.

I understand if this isn't exactly an idea set in mind for the TF2 eGO division had, but I just decided to see.

The house system will never make it to this side. The council has been discussing alternatives to the house system ever since day one.

In any case, we don't have enough members yet to even think about it. We need to be about twice as large as we are now to even consider a change.

Basically, the DoD side got so huge that the previous centralized promotion system did not work. It was too easy for people to fall threw the cracks. 'Houses' were set up with its own leaders and advisors within the house in order to handle the promotions of its members as well as any problems.

i think maybe when TF2 Ego has got more people we should maybe have Houses, but definatly not at the moment! thank god for that! 8)

I think House just split people up too much. It just isolates groups of people. its not supposed to be like that, but thats how it works.

I hated the houses. I joined Jones and then it broke up and alot of members left like Pedro, Shoot_Em_UP, man i loved those guys!
