Game Title: Neverwinter
Website: http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter
Pros: Easy to play and like most MMORPG's, the first few levels guide you to what you can do and slowly unlocks everything as you progress, Fun with great character customization and building, Job postings for custom stories [Lore's] and many side quests, During quests there are campfires which serve as respawn points, I suck at MMO's but I haven't died yet and I charge in and hack&slash, Guild system is awesome, Parties are enabled with mic chat directly into game and the quality resembles TS3, there are tons more but I will stop there.
Cons: There is a giant learning curve, Voice acting on NPCs is quite boring, Takes time to get really awesome, PvP will frustrate you in arena's, and um... If you start liking the game you will spend tons of time playing. [That's the worst con for me]
Additional Thoughts: I honestly hope other people get into this game in the eGO community. I honestly refused to play MMO's until I decided to try this out. [Was recommended to people by a youtuber a while back] so I gave it a try. I spent 3 hours zombied out and not knowing I was madly emerged into this world. I love the slight role play this game has to offer, by roleplay I mean textual roleplay. I've did some dungeon crawls and events already at a low level and landed top player and met some cool people. This game is very fun and for there pay-to-win items can be bought without using real money by getting this special currency through timed events [Replayable] and you bid on Zen coins. Zen coins give you special buys but it takes some serious grind to get enough, but the trip on the way is worth it.

Game Title:Runescape
Website:www.runescape.com
Pros:massive updates within the last 2 years, pvm has been added along with a way of grouping up with others outside of friends-chat or clans.. did I mention clan castles?
Cons: to get the most out of the game you need to pay 7 dollars(or local equivalent),still feels..incomplete.. its hard to put into words but it feels like the game is on the precipice of were its been moving to for the past few years
Additional Thoughts:over-all given its age its still a good game and has more content being added, i'll probably end up writing an in-depth review later on

Game Title: Star Citizen
Website: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/
Pros:Big expansive galaxy to explore with a "community" system called corporations with a built in tier system and several neat things like being able to "donate" in-game money and loan your extra ships to your corporation to make it grow. These "corporations" can focus on a whole bunch of different roles like mining, space piracy, mercenary, paramilitary, search and rescue, scavanging, exploration, transport (for passengers, cargo and fuel). Also a corporation with enough resources can invest into building a manufacturing node in an asteriod base or on a desserted planet in order to make missiles or bullets or anything thar players might consume ingame, thus having a direct impact on game economy.
Also despite the main "global" server there will be the ability to run dedicated servers as well as mod support.
Cons:In development
Additional Thoughts:This isn't all Star Citizen is but it would take too long to describe the whole game, so please check it out.
This kind of game I believe suits an organization like EG and the game looks damn fun, the type i'd play for a very long time.
Which is why I have already accured a bunch of ships (30 including some very large ones that will rewuire multiple men@women to be fully operated) and would love to see an eGO corporation to lend them and start working and growing fast from day 1.

Please think about this one as it develops!

Game Title: War Thunder

Website: http://warthunder.com/

Pros: It allows you to play in squads with your friends (team-work) and puts you in a random game. Also, the way you gain new planes with research points (like WoT) makes for hours of fun. This game is also not hard to learn or play but will test your skills as you rank up. I do also believe there is competitive play in this game which would be good for us.

Cons: Because you are thrown into a random game, recruiting may be a little hard. The only other con is that you may experience a lower fps in this game than most. Ex: DoDS (130 FPS) WT (60 FPS)

Additional Thoughts: Would fit great in eGO!

Game Title: War Thunder

Website: http://warthunder.com/

Pros:you play in squads of 4 with your friends, free to play Also the way you gain new planes with research points makes for hours of fun This game is not hard to learn or play I dnt doubt there is competitive play in this game which would be great for us.

Cons: Because you are thrown into a random game, i find that recruiting wld be hard but not impossible also noticed that it may take a higher grade graphic card for ex: i have 170fps on csgo 299 on dods on css i have 299 but on here it is only 91fps so that may be a prb for some.

Additional Thoughts:Bruce Lee is the man

+ 1 !!!

Trove

Game Title: Trove
Website: http://trovegame.com

Pros: Very fun, relaxing game that can be played however you want to play it. Although not terribly complicated, it allows for both casual and hardcore gameplay and everything in between. Clubs (equivalent to guilds) can build their own club worlds and can get featured in the Hub World if they are popular enough as a club. This allows for some competition between clubs.

Cons: Not too much depth at the moment in terms of combat, lore, etc... but more will be added in coming updates.

Additional Thoughts: I believe this would be the ideal game for those in eGO who enjoy MMOs and those who like to build and create (or both!). It appeals to a broad range of playstyles (casual, regular, hardcore) with a nice competitive touch with club worlds.

Starbound Suggestion

Game Title: Starbound
Website: http://playstarbound.com/
Pros:
  • A massive playing field; an entire procedurally-generated universe full of different solar systems.
  • It's a 2D sandbox game, so players can build, mine, explore, PvP, and everything else you can think of.
  • We can create entire colonies and cities/villages on planets. These specific planets will not have their data wiped (or at least not until a long, long time). All other planets can be reset periodically (biweekly or so). And if the permanent planets run out of space, we can simply whitelist more planets to be permanent. (Not difficult, since each planet has it's own unique ID and all its data is stored in a file with its corresponding ID in the filename.)
Cons:
  • Requires a hosted server (which is probably not much of a problem)
  • Creating plugins for grief prevention and the like; much like Minecraft and all its plugins. I myself can help develop plugins if this becomes an issue.
  • The server spawn, the starting planet of the server, would become a wasteland in no time; but we can simply make it indestructible (an in-game force-field generator already does that) and include a '/randomplanet' command that takes you to a random planet in the Starbound universe.
  • Player data is stored client-side, so players can easily cheat in items.
  • It is difficult to tell the difference between a permanent planet from one that will be reset. (A plugin that gives the player a message when they warp onto the planet could remedy that.)
  • The game is still in beta. (So all those permanent planets that we try to keep may become outdated or unusable in the future. Also, player data may be lost or outdated because of updates to the game as well.)
Additional Thoughts:
It's like Terraria, but better well suited for a multiplayer server since Starbound has an entire infinite procedurally-generated universe whilst Terraria is restricted to a single, finite world.

Game Title: Unturned
Website: http://store.steampowered.com/app/304930/
Pros:
  • PvP and/or PvE
  • Zombies (for those zombie lovers)
  • Dedicated server support
  • Building, vehicles, guns
  • Usually maintains 16th place on Steam's "Top games by current player count"
  • The game is free to play, so anyone can try it out for themselves.
Cons:
  • The game has a learning curve
Additional Thoughts:

Game Title: DCS World

Website: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/

Pros:

Can be custom scripted for missions
Tight-knit and loyal fanbase (could be loyal to eGO for instance)
Free to play
Servers support 256 players
In-depth simulator.

Cons:
Very small playerbase (~500)
Other aircraft have to be purchased (30-60USDea)
Custom missions require quite a bit of playtesting (Custom stuff has to be done in LUA)
Servers require a relatively impressive amount of resources, and can be fairly unstable sometimes.
In-depth simulator.

Additional Thoughts:
I can train people to use the many aircraft, and can teach how to run a server.
