So I just purchased my new motherboard from Newegg (thanks to a discount from them). So probably tomorrow my motherboard (ASRock Z77 Extreme 3) will be on its way to my place. The 2 reasons I went after this motherboard is because its been on my wishlist for probably over a year now (cant remember when I put it on my wishlist) & also it was already discounted to $93, but also the $10 disc helped bring it down to $83 & I knew I better jump on it before the motherboard disappeared (also free shipping did help as a nice benny to go after it).

So now I got my updated case (Cooler Master HAF 912), got the motherboard on the way, been searching for a decent priced i5-3570k on eBay (last 2 cpu's ive bought were on eBay including my current c2q 6600 which is in my system right now) & already bought my current memory (some 8gb ddr3 1600 memory) back around black friday, and last but not least but current hard drive (1tb hard drive) which will replace my current 500gb hard drive.

Once I see another SSD go on sale for around $60-70 bucks with free shipping (shouldnt be too much longer), im all over it. heh

However, thats not the very reason I created this thread. Im thinking bout getting the Cooler Master 212 EVO heatsink fan. Anyone got any suggestions/feedback/better ideas?

I am planning on upgrading my video card in the near future, but waiting until I get $$ set aside for that 1 as itll be my last big purchase for the year.

Nope. No suggestions on alternatives. Everything looks great to me. Great mobo pick btw. Any ideas of what the price range you're looking for with the GPU and which ones are on your radar?

Ya well my current gpu is in my sig, but im seriously considering the GTX 750 (seeing as how theres only a lil boost in performance from the 650 & the price is pretty much the same). However, I miss the warranty from the good old days (my previous video card was the Geforce 9800GT & came with a lifetime warranty, which I absolutely took advantage of; was having heating issues with it & sent it in & received my current card, which was refurb, but havent had a single issue with it since).

Im thinking about getting an eVGA GTX 750, since I already know what to expect from their customer service. However, the Gigabyte version has free shipping. Do you have a better suggestion on a video card though?
