Insane lag on our servers with 72.232.... ips?

I was wondering if anyone else is lagging on the following servers:
24/7 =(eGO)= EdgeGamers.org #2 **Recruiting! (72.232.186.109:27015)
24/7 2Fort =(eGO)= EdgeGamers.org *Recruiting! (72.232.186.108:27015)
24/7 =(eGO)= |WARPATH|EdgeGamers.org|HLstatsX|*Recruiting! (72.232.207.100:27015)
24/7 =(eGO)= |FLOODZONE|EdgeGamers.org|HLstatsX|*Recruiting! (72.232.207.99:27015)
24/7 =(eGO)= |DUSTBOWL #2|EdgeGamers.org|HLstatsX|*Recruiting! (72.232.237.132:27015)

I only lag on these servers, if I go to the other two servers we have, I can play normally. I've started having this problem two days ago. I just want to know if it's just me, or if anyone else is having the problem I'm having. What I see when I play on these servers is people teleporting all over the place. I've recorded a demo of what I see when I play on these servers.

I wasn't able to play on the last event because of this, and I'm going to have to miss the late night scrim today .

On a side note, I've also started to lag on our CS: S office server

You can put the in your autoexec.cfg, in your \team fortress 2\tf\cfg folder. This will change the rates every time TF2 is started.

When i come in a server i lag there and the lag diminishes over time.
