Need A Good Graphics Card

Okay I (with Wally's help thanks ) have diagnosed the problem to my computer
My card is messed up so I need to get a new one. My birthday is on the 4th so i am getting money to buy my card Any suggestions?

My suggestion would be to upgrade, man.

e2180 (or equivalent, they've released a few new ones)
$100 or so Gigabyte mobo
$30 2gb kit of ram (OCZ?)
$25 Arctic Freezer HSF or Ninja

And you'll likely end up with a 3ghz CPU. Get a 7900GS XT (can often be found for $70 after MIR) to tide you over to a better card.
