Happy Chinese new year everyone! Time for all you fellow Asians to bust out those firecrackers and go door to door getting money. So far I've gotten a little over $15,000 from all my one billion relative (it's actually more like 70ish). I've also started a poll below to see how satisfied you are with your haul. Alright time to get my feast on.

Well each of my parents gave me $4444 which comes out to $8888. Apparently 8 is a lucky number. Then there's the 70ish other relatives. At around $50 each that's already $3500. Then there's other other non-related adults I milked. It's been a good day.

But I get paid peanuts at my job so it kinda evens out.

Wow, lucky you airelement! I just got $50 from my parents and a $50 best buy gift card from my dad's friend. Thing is, this is my best CNY haul yet. But w/e, I'm still happy I got it, it'll help me get some new games.

It was a blast!! We got drunk lol and we had sooo much food my grandma's made like a freaking huge meal that could feed like 100 people!! I got about 400 dollars thats like 380,000 Won

I'm working too. However, I pay over $2,000 a month in taxes. Then there's the sales tax and the tax on utilities. I went to my tax person and she told me I still owe the government close to $400. I suppose I have to be PG so I just say I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the IRS. My tax person told me to get married or open an IRA. Any suggestions, Taxman?
