help with skins

i downloaded some skins for tf2 but they dont show them and i cant pick them so i was wondering if anyone can help me!

yes i got them off fps banana installed them then after that wat should i do?

First, you need winrar, if you dont have it, you need it.
Second,download the file from FPS banana or any other website, it should be in winrar.
Third, copy the folders that are in winrar.
Fourth,open up the TF2 Folder, which is located in... My Computer>C>Program Files>Steam or Valve>Steamapps>YOURUSERNAME>Team Fortress 2>TF
Fifth, paste the folders from winrar.
