Inappropriate Sprays

Well on 2fort at about 10am, on the red team there was a gay sex spray, no admin was on to get rid of it... just letting you know, if you need a discription... bleh... just ask. cause i've seen the spray before.

If you know who sprayed it you should post in the "Request Bans" forum IF you'd warned them or covered their spray. You can find this out by using the console command sm_tracespray.

I traced the particular spray, but I had to go right then and couldn't warn him, so I guess requesting a ban at this point wont work.

Yeah, just press ~, though you'll want to enable the console in Options --> Controls --> Advanced Settings (if I recall). Then just type "bind f2 sm_tracespray", or replace "f2" with whatever key you want. That way you can just press a button to do it, instead of having to type it in the console.

Yeah, I came across that bind in one of the other forum threads and bound it to my F2 key. It is really nice to have to see what spray belongs to who and it tells you how long ago they sprayed it. I haven't used it for anything yet other than to see who has the cool sprays to see how they made them because whenever there has been a bad spray there has been an eG or eGO on the server to handle it.

If the spray was meatspin then it would be a ban anyways so post a request.

Yeah, I've seen a few meatspin sprays before and from my recollection the user was kicked and banned.

lmao about that site, back then in my runescape days me and my friend were in teamspeak and we found out about meatspin, and when my best friend (gullible as hell) came in the channel, me and him pretended to be playing sweet games & watching hilarious videos on meatspin.com... and when we gave him the link, he waited for the video to load and it went quiet cause me and him were waiting to hear what he said, and all of a sudden, OH MY FREAKING GOD!!! I HATE ALL OF YOU!!!!!.... i lmao so hard i fell outta my chair.

No, it wasn't meatspin. It was... well, do you really want me to describe it? Certainly on a meatspin level of disturbability (I just made that word up). I can certainly post in the ban request forum if you want, as I still have the guy's name.

Anyone come's in our server and spray's something that was bad enough for you to post about it needs a ban request filled out. Thats dereliction of your duty as a clanmember if you do not because another admin will have to deal with that person some other time. So yes please fill out a request a ban on this clown so we can get him off our servers.

Alright, I simply wasn't certain as to the procedure, as we seem to give other infractions a bit of leeway as far as second-chances. But yeah, sprays like this are definitely bad enough to warrant less leeway, I can see.

I'll go make a ban request right now.

EDIT: Hm, one problem... I didn't have time to investigate much beyond sm_tracespray, so I didn't get his steam ID. The player's name was 'heman_sailboat', and it was in the morning, probably around... 10ish?, so if there's server logs of that sorta thing it'd help so I can post an official ban request.

you can look him up on player stats page, and you cna get all the necessary info.
