Hey guys. Just noticed that 24/7 Foundry upgraded from 24 slots to 32. I think I understand the reason, being that the server ranking has been slipping, and a higher player threshold might help pad the numbers. But I want to be honest and provide feedback. For me, it's not a welcome change.
24/7 Foundry's greatest appeal was it's competitive atmosphere; lots of the regulars were skilled players. TF2 is certainly chaotic by nature, but 16v16 is a different kind of chaotic. It's cramped and obnoxious. I've never had a pleasant experience on a 32 player server.
I'm willing to give it a try, but only for old times' sake. I won't be playing nearly as often as I used to, if any at all, on 24/7 Foundry for as long as it stays 32 slots.
