Arena Respawn Rules Clarification

Hey guys, I'm looking for a clarification on the rules of the Arena Respawn tournament.

Can a team ban a class more than once? What are the rules on banning classes?
Different teams have different thoughts on the matter, I just want an official response to refer people to if the issue comes up in a match.

As far as I know, you can't ban the same class twice in a row.
