I'm with Snipeye though; Win 8 will also support far more RAM than Win 7 can. Home Premium is only 16 GB.

AMD 290x's are super cheap right now, like super super cheap....... go check them out.
But then you want to make sure you have at least a 750wt PSU to feed the beast.
