Edit: Also, Dustbowl and 2fort have been upped to 32-slot servers.
Just simply means that we can now host up to 32 players in the server
The way this was explained to me was, if we have more slots it allows for more players which means when we fil up and loose 4 or 5 players for example...there will still be enough to keep it fun. at 24 slots if we lost players it became difficult to play an actual game and we would lose more people as They would lose interest.
It was changed when the server was empty.
Oh alright. I agree, on 2fort that change seems perfect, since it is basically deathmatch. I just know that personally I don't play on 32 player servers since the 'stock' maps were designed with 24 players in mind. That might be just me though.
Quickplay was temporarily affected by the server having tf_forced_holiday set to 1 for some reason. That got fixed, though.
Someone on the server told me, that's why I messaged you about it.I'd be interested to know how you know this.
I am unable to find anywhere where it says that this affects quickplay.
This would be handy information for us to have.

I'll keep researching this, but the only evidence I had was, at the point I was made aware of the holiday setting, there was no one on the server that had connected from Quickplay at the time.Again, I'd like to know how they know this.
This would prevent future incidents.
If you find out, please let me or Mister36 know.
