gta was act 2s fault. To not have any delay in production the coding for the explicit content of hot coffee mini game were not removed but not used in the finished coding product. This happens in many video games to keep up with release dates. Any of these hidden codings can be found using game modifiers such as a gameshark. they had to hide the mini game to maintain at least an M rating. That is why all games with the coding retained carried an 17+ rating until they removed the coding from more produced games. This is not the case we have with Valve. Its not that we are worried we are going to lose the game. The problem we must confront is the growing persecution of gamers for being the bane of violence and delinquency in society today. It is more than likely an ambulance chaser will file a complaint in the hopes of some money or publicity. Hell even dr phil is against us
 
I think that the best lawsuit ever was when Kramer sued for his hot latte and he wins! And gets free lattes in any resturant in the world. If you've seen the Seinfield ep you'll remember the guy who's settling says," We are willing to offer you... Free Lattes at any of our stores and (hes about to say $50,000) but Kramer jumps up and goes," I'LL TAKE IT!"

I don't think games should be blamed for people's mistakes....


And Fahrenheit is a good movie...seems pretty realistic what Moore tells.
 
People think videogames are what causes people to snap like that? No way! Being neglected at school, or FEELING like they're being neglected at school, is what helps build up hatred inside their mind. Also, bad parenting makes kids do this stuff. Video games and media don't do this to people. Look at me, or any other person in this clan for sure, and you'll find a sane person who loves a good virtual fight with friends.
If anyone wants a great explaination on why videogames don't cause school shootings, go watch Ron White: "Tater Salad". He knows what to say.

if you think about it, anything could be blamed for anything that happens in the world. i guarantee you that he saw some violence on tv that week or saw something online with a negative connotation. politicians are just looking for a scapegoat to persuade the voters (parents) to keep their children from experiencing violence in hopes that it will solve the problems. personally i think that video games are a good outlet of anger and stress.
 
Usually games are always blamed, but if someone is mentally unhinged, anything at all can set them off; games, books, movies, TV, newspapers, an incident, etc. To say it is only games is being small minded and without imagination.
