What happens if you ask someone to design you a rig with no budget

So, three weeks ago, a friend of mine asked me to design him a rig that will render videos at a reasonable speed and play games at at least 60 FPS. I decided to be cheeky and design him a god computer. Completely overkill, well out of his price range that I typically restrict myself to but, then again it was a design, not a actual build.

The lesson here, ALWAYS PROVIDE A BUDGET RANGE to someone when asking them to design you a computer.

Alternative reaction: They just laugh at the person's face and tell them to provide a budget. No budget, no build.
