I am currenly rebuilding my computer and i have a pci and agp slot on my motherbord. since i dont feel like redoing my whole computer just so i can get pic-e i was willing to buy an AGP card. To my knowlage the nvidia sell the 6600,7600,8600 card that are agp. i am only acsepting an agp card the is above 6000 in the nvidia series because i want to be able to play oblivion. If you have any of these cards, contact me by PMing me, Adding me on MSN, Talking to me on Ventrillo (EGO server).

~Thank You Joko

I don't think I have any cards to get rid of but if you are still looking for info on AGP cards, you should read this article: [link=http://www.tomshardware.com/2008/03/05/the_best_gaming_graphics/page6.html]http://www.tomshardware.com/2008/03/05/the_best_gaming_graphics/page6.html[/link]. From what I've read, the best AGP card you can get is the Radeon 3850 512 MB followed by the Radeon X1950 PRO. I'm usually a fan of NVIDA cards (I'm using two 7900GS's as we speak), but I think ATI is the way to go if you want to get the most out of that AGP slot. Just my two cents. Good luck on the upgrade.

i am looking to buy one and i think i might just stick to the information that i found out but w/e if anyone has those too ill take em if they run oblivion.

I have a 7600, and it runs Oblivion pretty well, although you'll need to tune your settings quite a bit to get the best performance out of it.

Yes, and yes. It's starting to get to the point where it can barely keep up, but I think that's more a factor of my processor (single 3.2 Ghz Intel P5 from three years ago) than anything else. (S.T.A.L.K.E.R., for example, is butt-ugly on it, because of how low I have to turn everything.)

Ah, good! I'm glad I'm not the only one with that problem LOL
